Bite Studio commissioned to provide User Testing and Interface Design for Brighton & Hove Council's new mobile app

We are currently working on a Journey planning mobile web app for Brighton & Hove Council. The web app provides the council with a platform agnostic mobile presence to their existing online technology. We have worked with Brighton & Hove Council to create wireframes and prototypes to optimise the IA and usability for set user personas. We are conducting user testing sessions to analyse and respond to user feedback and will be optimising the interface design dynamically based on screen size.
